We Love Design Terms and conditions “General Provisions”
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide We Love Design with up-to-date contact information. Failure to do so can lead to interruption of services.
Age Restrictions and Legal Capacity
By utilising this Site or making any purchases, you affirm that :
- You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal ability to enter into enforceable contracts;
- You have thoroughly read and consent to these Terms;
- You shall adhere to these Terms.
Account Usage: Client accounts are strictly for individual use and must not be resold or redistributed to others.
Service Discretion: We Love Design has the full authority to decline or discontinue services to any client, particularly if there’s a violation of these terms.
Communication: Official correspondence, such as invoices and service updates, will be communicated via email.
Glossary of We Love Design Terms
In the context of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings as described:
Workday: Refers to any day when financial establishments in Victoria, Australia are operational, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Operational Hours: The time span from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on a Workday.
Confidential Data: Any information that is the proprietary asset of either party, not publicly known, and is disclosed during the duration of this contract.
GST: Stands for Goods and Services Tax, as stipulated by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Payment and Refunds at We Love Design Terms and Conditions

Monthly Subscription Payment Method: The payment method for all services related to Google profile listing management, social media marketing management, and search engine optimization (SEO) , Website monthly maintenance shall be based on a monthly subscription payment. Monthly payments will commence upon contract signing and continue monthly thereafter, processed via auto-payment subscription from the client.

Deposits: Initial payments are non-returnable.
- Prepaid Services: Amounts paid in advance will not be refunded.
- Progress Payments: No refunds will be issued for part-completed work.
- Cancellation Penalties: If a client contravenes these terms, We Love Design has the right to terminate services without refund.
- Refund Discretion: Refunds may be issued at We Love Design’s discretion in cases where services are not delivered as described
Financial Terms relatead to website Development :
By engaging our services, you agree to the following financial conditions:
A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront to initiate work. The remaining 50% will be due upon successful delivery of the project, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing.
Please note that the project will not commence until the initial deposit has been received, and final deliverables will not be released until the remaining balance is settled in full.
Hourly Rates: Any extra work will be billed at our standard hourly rate plus applicable taxes

Website Development and Support
Design Process: Clients will receive initial design drafts and can request a reasonable number of revisions.
Ownership and Copyright: Clients retain the intellectual property rights of the content after full payment, though some design elements may remain copyrighted by We Love Design.
Content Management: Our WordPress websites are client-managed; We Love Design is not responsible for ongoing content updates unless otherwise agreed upon.
Training: We offer one hour of complimentary WordPress training; additional sessions will incur a fee.
Compatibility and Support: Support is provided for web browsers released within the last 12 months. Any additional compatibility requirements may incur charges.
Graphic Design
Payment: Full balance is due upon approval of the final designs.
Changes Post-Approval: Any modifications after finalisation will be billed separately.
Domain and Hosting
Domain Availability: We Love Design cannot guarantee the availability of a specific domain name.
Hosting Limitations: We exclusively host code developed by our team.
Transfer and Termination
Contract Transfer: This agreement may not be transferred without written consent from We Love Design.
Server Transfer: Websites can be migrated away from our servers, but this will void any existing warranties.
Client-Initiated Contract Termination
Should the Client opt for terminating this contract, We Love Design will calculate the expenses incurred for the work done until the point of termination. If this cost is greater than the initial deposit, the Client shall be obliged to pay the remaining amount.
Tax Obligations
Customers are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties that may be incurred due to their transactions on We Love Design’s platform. We Love Design assumes no liability for any such charges.
User Responsibilities for Technical Maintenance
Customers are expected to have the necessary expertise to manage and maintain their We Love Design WordPress websites. We Love Design will not offer any maintenance services or technical know-how unless additional support is purchased.
Compatibility
We Love Design offers no warranties that our products or services will be compatible with the customer’s hardware or software configurations.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete details required for accessing We Love Design platforms.
Liability Exclusions and Limitations
We Love Design is not liable for:
- Any interruption, inaccuracy, or errors in the services provided.
- Damage to the customer’s computer systems or loss of data.
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
Disclaimer
We Love Design disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We also limit our liability for service downtime to the prorated monthly or yearly fees.
Third Parties
We Love Design assumes no responsibility for actions or conduct of users, visitors, or third parties linked to our websites.
Good Faith Efforts
Both parties agree to act in good faith to:
- Achieve results within a reasonable timeframe.
- Use available resources for the most effective results.
Intellectual Property
Customers warrant that they have the right to use applicable intellectual property.
Use of Project for Promotional Purposes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Client through written communication, We Love Design reserves the right to feature the Client’s website in its portfolio, including but not limited to marketing materials and social media platforms.
We Love Design shall place its name along with a hyperlink leading to its website in the footer of the Client’s website unless the Client instructs otherwise in writing.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify We Love Design against all liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of:
- Physical damage or injuries caused by products sold via We Love Design’s platform.
- Alleged copyright or proprietary rights infringement.
- Defective products sold through our platform.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and all parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Complete Understanding
The Terms outlined here, along with our Privacy Policy and any disclaimers found on this Site, constitute the full agreement between you and us concerning your use of this Site. They replace all prior conversations, negotiations, and accords, be they verbal, in writing, or electronic, in relation to your use of this Site.
Contract Amendments
Changes to this agreement will be effective upon renewal of services, as specified previously in Cancellation & Refund.
Pricing
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD).
